This villa is located in north of Iran (Southern Khezershahr Complex-#556). Its land is 1000 square meters with a two-storey building which each floor is 250 square meters. It has an entrance area, spiral staircase, industrial and open kitchen, living area, tv room, dining area (a fire place which divides the main space into these 3 spaces), a guest room, 2 toilets and indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi in the first floor (also an installation room and a toilet are located in this floor and can be accessed from outside of the house) whereas the second floor is consisted of 5 bed rooms including master bedroom and its big walking closet, 4 toilets and a living area which is in between all these bed rooms. Also there are some balconies with good views to the main street and back yard and a huge terrace located in the first floor towards back yard, suitable for family gathering and with the view of the new landscape (it is necessary to mention that the pool/jacuzzi space and the whole dining/living/tv areas have access to the back yard and the good view to it). Altogether, this villa is consisted of 6 bed rooms and 6 toilets and another good point about it, is the usage of new insulators, two-layered windows, heating system via floors and cooling splits which can help the client to have a house with minimum waste of energy.

The main idea was to create a pleasant, comfortable and joyful house with rustic style for the client. This consideration is seen in the design of its plans, facades, landscape and interior elements such as the stairs, fire place, kitchen counters and the partitions and in the selection of the materials, colors and its proper lighting which all lead to that purpose. What is always obvious in different facades and interior elements and spaces is the concept of continuity and the junction of the horizontal and vertical elements. Finally, the conceptual ideas, 3d renders, the drawings , the process and the final pictures are shown below.
