Architecture & Interior Design

This apartment has 2 floors. First floor contains the main entrance, kitchen, guest bedroom, guest living room and salon while the second floor contains the family living room, nice terrace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom.

This newly built house is located in Niavaran/Darabad area close to the mountains and was designed based on Iranian traditional architecture. Aryanpour Design Group was responsible for interior design/decoration of its 4 floors and some exterior spaces. First floor contains the family living area, kitchen, terrace and the master bedroom. Ground floor has the main kitchen, terrace, guest living room, dining room and salon. Floor -1 has another family area (small kitchen and dining space for the children and the guests), terrace and 4 bedrooms. Finally, floor -2 is a traditional gathering space and bath.

Vlange pastry is located in Darband Street, Tajrish area. It is at the corner of the street with two big windows showing the design and main parts of the pastry to the outside world. The main purpose of the design was to create a customer friendly space in which the main fridges are located in the center of the store and the rest of them, shelves containing dried pastry, nuts and chocolate and the main cashier are at the sides. it also has a small kitchen/ storage area and a small space with 2 sofas which create a realxing area for the customers while they are ordering their desirable cakes shown by the LCD. The exterior and interior design of this pastry are in a way to show the connection between ceiling, walls and the floor with the emphasis on the center where the main fridges are.

The international exhibition of carpet is held in the international tehran exhibition space every year. Certain amount of carpets in different sizes , models and colors should be shown to the people. The aim was to design the space with Khoob Carpet's main colors (yellow & blue) and in a way that 2 cashier spaces, one VIP room and a kitchen/storage area is connected to the rest of the space which the carpets are shown there.

This restaurant is located in Gheytariye Boulvard (#3 Shab Afrooz Street), Tehran and is in front of Gheytariye Park which provides a good view and a good natural light for the customers while eating. Khoob Carpet Show Room and Office is located in Haftetir Square (Mazandarani St. #1) in Tehran which is one of the most famous and populated areas. The building was an old residential building consisted of two storeys above the ground level which its function has been changed to commercial building after the renovation (there are plenty of different stores with different owners in ground floor). This villa is located in north of Iran (Khane Darya Complex-#1387) and was 35 years old. Since according to Khane Darya rules the house should have not been ruined, the renovation of the house started with keeping the old concrete structure and constructing the new steel structure that not only reinforces the old structure, but also extends the house from both sides. This villa is located in north of Iran (Southern Khezershahr Complex-#556). Its land is 1000 square meters with a two-storey building which each floor is 250 square meters. This restaurant was located in Gandi Street (#43), Tehran. Its main purpose was delivering light, healthy and delicious food to outside mainly offices. For this purpose, most of the whole space (30 square meters) was dedicated to its kitchen and the rest of the space with a simple modern design was a sitting area for 8 people which is clearly shown in the pictures below.

ADG's Office is located in Tehran, Afriqa Blvd, Golshahr Blvd, #4, Apt#7 and is an architectural/interior design firm founded in 2008. This apartment is 120 square meters with simple, modern and colorful interior design. This residential aparatment which is located in Saadat Abad is 120 square meters and has 3 bed rooms, 2 toilets, an open kitchen and a shared space used as living, dining and tv area. The main purpose was to decorate the house without applying any ruins. Therefore, this made the whole situation difficult, since for instnace, the new area for the tv required some electrical changes which should have been done with the minimum of ruins or another example was the existence of some black elements in the main space which should have been removed...

Green Tomato Cafe Restaurant is located in Brighton, England in a famous street. This project with the purpose of renovation/decoration has been done in 6 days as a team work by Yasaman and her classmates in University of Bighton (Golpiran, Sofia, Tina, Sophie and Jung) as designers who are in charge of the design and the construction themselves. Although lack of time  and budget didn't allow the team to come up with many changes, the overall look of the cafe has changed towards a simpler and calmer space by applying suitable colors...

These two apartments are both located in Velenjak (first one in 13th street and the other in 10th street). Renovation and interior design was the main purpose in both projects.
